Ctrl Digital is a marketing engineering and analytics consultancy. We help companies build the technical foundations they need to understand, use and activate their marketing and customer data.
We’re now looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team.
The role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and marketing technology. You’ll work with modern data stacks to bring together data from marketing and digital platforms, model it in the cloud, and make it useful for reporting, analysis, activation and increasingly AI-assisted analytics.
You won’t be working on the same data problem every day. Our projects span industries, technologies and use cases, from building marketing data warehouses and semantic layers to activation pipelines and AI-assisted analytics.
Our projects typically involve building and developing marketing data infrastructure for clients. Depending on the engagement, you might:
We think you have around 2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, data engineering or a similar role. More importantly, you enjoy understanding how things work, solving problems and learning new technologies.
We’d like you to have:
Experience with marketing data, GA4, Google Cloud, Power BI, Looker, server-side tracking or activation platforms is useful, but you don’t need to know our entire technology stack when you join. We’re also interested in people experimenting with LLMs, agents and new AI-based ways of working with data. Deep AI expertise isn’t required, but curiosity is.
We’re a consultancy, so technical ability is only part of the job.
You should enjoy working directly with clients, asking questions and understanding the problem behind the technical requirement. We value people who take ownership, are comfortable exploring unfamiliar technology and can figure things out without needing everything specified in advance.
Technology changes quickly, and learning is part of the job. You don’t need to know our entire stack when you join, but we expect you to be curious, develop your skills and be willing to explore new tools and ways of working. You don’t need to be the most senior person in the room. We’d rather find someone with a strong foundation, good judgement and the ambition to develop quickly.
