Data Analyst

About the Role
You will work with how data is collected, structured and used in digital environments.
This includes:
- Implementing and troubleshooting tracking setups (e.g. via Google Tag Manager)
- Working with data from tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery and marketing platforms
- Data modelling using tools like Dataform or dbt
- Analyzing data to understand performance and identify opportunities
Your analysis work will include:
- Forecasting demand, revenue and marketing outcomes
- Customer segmentation (e.g. behavioral, RFM-based)
- Evaluating marketing effectiveness (e.g. channel performance, incrementality, attribution and measurement design)
- Identifying drivers of performance across the funnel (from acquisition to conversion)
- Analyzing historical data to support planning, budgeting and prioritization
- Supporting activation of data into marketing platforms (e.g. audiences, bidding signals, measurement)
- Ensuring data quality and reliability across tracking and data pipelines
The work is technical, practical and directly tied to business outcomes.
You will work closely with experienced analysts, but you are expected to take ownership of your learning and progress quickly.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for potential, but with a clear bar.
You likely:
- Have a degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics or similar)
- Are comfortable working with data and structured problem solving
- Have hands-on experience with data or code (e.g. SQL, Python or similar), through studies, work or personal projects
- Can independently learn new tools and concepts quickly

- You communicate clearly and concisely
- You take responsibility for your own development
